Terms of Service

When commissioning me, you agree to the following:● A down payment of half of the total payment is required prior to the commission starting. The second half of payment will be due when your commission is completed and before it is sent.
● Your commission will be cancelled if your down payment is not received within 48 hours of notice of your commission acceptance.
● Payments will be made through PayPal (Friends and Family).
● I have to right to refuse any commission request.
● Any changes made during the sketch phase will be free of charge. Beginning from the line art phase, all significant changes will result in at lease a 15% increase of your base price per change request. Significant changes include, but are not limited to: alternations of pose/facial expressions, outfit/hairstyle changes, major color scheme changes, additions of new figures/ large accessories.
● Please let me know ahead of time if your commission is required before a certain date. There may be an increase in base price depending on how short notice this due date is.
● Please clarify ahead of time if your commission is private or public. If it is public, I will post your commission on my social media with a watermark.
● I may stream progress of your commission on my Twitch channel. If this is something you do not wish, please let me know in advance.
● Your commission will be sent via e-mail in its original quality.
● Visual references and clear descriptions of what you'd like for your commission are highly appreciated. I am willing to work with you to finalize details for your commission, but the majority of the concept must be provided by you.
● Do not trace or heavily reference my work without permission.
● You will give me credit when showcasing your commission publicly
● Please remember that I have a fulltime job and other obligations, in addition to commissions. I will give updates throughout your commissions progress, but your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated :)I do NOT draw:
